The Seat Leon Ecomotive is fitted with one of the most efficient engines in the whole range: the 105PS 1.9TDi. This engine has had improvements to its electronic management; optimising the central control and adjusting the gear ratios has resulted in a reduction of CO2 emissions from the standard 135g/km to 119g/km. Just like the Ibiza Ecomotive the Leon also has the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) that filters out the soot particles given off by any diesel engine to prevent harm to living organisms, which would normally remain in the atmosphere attracting other harmful elements. Thanks to the DPF these particles are filtered away safely therefore protecting the enviroment. Whats more the DPF needs absolutly no maintenance during the cars life!
Being a Ecomotive car does not mean that Seat have compromised on performance, the Leon Ecomotive will still deliver excellent acceleration, taking you from 0-62 in 10.9 seconds, whilst still delivering 72 miles per gallon of fuel!
